The design of a new luxury condo building in the exciting west Loop neighborhood would only allow for polished concrete as the only floor finish permitted.  Challenged with an aggressive construction schedule planned through Chicago’s coldest winter months, a requirement for a 24hr wet curing process and an expectation of minimal cracking; MTH was more than up to the task.

Nine floors of concrete was recently placed and polished; on time, on budget and to the eminent satisfaction of the GC, Architect and Owner.
