Specified for a high performance floor finish, the circulation areas of The Mead Johnson space at 444 W. Lake Street required a cementitious self-leveling topping. After shot-blasting and appropriate primer application, MTH’s careful installation required no additional topcoats to achieve a striking result.

When architectural solutions are needed for high traffic floor areas, MTH has the answers. For the prefunction area at The Renaissance Hotel, MTH proposed to refresh the existing floor with self-leveling gypsum cement with a pigmented epoxy coating and a matte finish urethane topcoat. The results are unquestionably dramatic.
